Two underground parking levels accommodate approximately 315 automobiles, all on a contract basis. 1 Houston Center Garage offers an additional 1,353 spaces for monthly rentals, with 169 of those spaces allocated for visitor parking. Public parking is available for visitors in 2 Houston Center garage, which can be accessed from McKinney or Walker Street. Parkers may also enter Houston Center Garage 1 from Caroline and Walker Streets from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
2 Houston Center
Seven parking levels accommodate approximately 512 automobiles in the 2 Houston Center Garage. Public parking is available for visitors from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 2 Houston Center Garage is accessible to visitors from the McKinney street entrance only; contract parkers may access the garage from either McKinney or Walker Street entrances. Houston Center Garage 1 offers an additional 1,340 spaces for monthly rentals, with 169 of those spaces allocated for visitor parking and is accessible to 2 Houston Center via skybridge. Parkers may access Houston Center Garage 1 from Caroline and Walker Streets from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
4 Houston Center/The Shops at Houston Center
The 4 Houston Center parking garage is operated by Standard Parking, at 713.759.9460. Garage entry height is 6 ft.-9 in. Public parking is available for visitors in the 4 Houston Center garage, and First City Tower Garage.
Fulbright Tower
The parking garage, which provides 283 parking spaces, provides two levels of underground parking and two levels of partial above grade parking. The below grade structure consists of 12 inch thick cast-in-place concrete and structural steel framing. Parking spaces allow for 6 handicapped parkers located on level B-5 and one surface parking space along McKinney as a designated van accessible space. In addition, visitor parking is available at Houston Center Garage.
